The point is that if you are depending on these types of communication channels to reach out to your key marketing partners it doesn’t take much effort to run a trial/test send to make sure it’s working as planned. Most platforms such as Aweber make this testing task really simple, so kinda disappointed that PepperJam Exchange didn’t take 30 seconds to run a trial before they sent it out. I actually received this email twice and both showed the same (insert name here) tags. PepperJam I expect you to pick up your act and don’t make rookie mistakes!
